Warm Touch Home Care was originally established to serve low- and moderate-income individuals and families, especially immigrant and BIPOC communities. Our multi-lingual staff is especially qualified to work with these communities who otherwise may be unaware of how to obtain state human services, feel reticent about accessing care options, or believe there is no net of services for them.
The elderly and vulnerable members of these target communities are often overlooked because of language or cultural barriers. We locate our sites in the midst of their communities so they are not isolated from who and what they know. We work with families or case managers to shape our services to best suit them. Because we are embedded in and directly serve such immigrant neighborhoods, we are well-versed in knowing how to meet people where they are and helping them make the most of their stage of life.
